Ryan Kasten
Ryan B. Kasten represents and counsels clients on all aspects of employment-related issues, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. An experienced litigator, Mr. Kasten defends claims involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and state laws.
Prior to joining MJW, Mr. Kasten represented a range of clients in commercial and real estate litigation matters involving mortgage banking, foreclosure, tort defense, and construction disputes.
Mr. Kasten is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Hawai`i.
