Audrey L. Stanley
Audrey L. Stanley represents and advises management in a wide range of labor and employment matters.
Prior to joining MJW, Ms. Stanley was a Deputy Public Defender at the State of Hawaii Office of the Public Defender where she successfully represented clients in over thirty jury trials. Ms. Stanley also served as law clerk for Judge Susan Oki Mollway of the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii, and the Honorable Simeon R. Acoba, Jr., former Associate Justice of the Hawaii Supreme Court.
Ms. Stanley received her J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School, where she received the Kappa Beta Pi Award given to the woman with the highest cumulative grade point average in the first year of law school and was recognized for outstanding pro bono service. During law school, Ms. Stanley was a member of the George Washington University Law Review, and during her second summer she worked at a large firm in San Francisco.
Ms. Stanley received her undergraduate degree from the George Washington University and is a graduate of Iolani School.
Ms. Stanley is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Hawaii.
