Sharon A. Lim
Sharon A. Lim represents and advises management in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including federal and state court litigation of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, whistleblower, and other employment-related claims.
Prior to joining MJW in August 2015, Ms. Lim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter T. Cahill, Judge of the Second Circuit Court of Hawaii, served as a foreclosure law clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Cardoza, Chief Judge of the Second Circuit Court of Hawaii, and practiced real estate, construction, and other general civil litigation matters in federal and state court with Bays Lung Rose & Holma.
Ms. Lim received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, Irvine (2008), and received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School (2012). During law school, Ms. Lim served as the Executive Articles Editor for the Journal of College and University Law and participated in the Notre Dame Law School Mediation Clinic as a certified mediator handling family and civil disputes.
Ms. Lim is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Hawaii and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Lim is a member of the state bars of Hawaii, California, and the District of Columbia.
