Marissa L. Abraham
Marissa L. Abraham represents and advises management in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including federal and state court litigation of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, whistleblower, and other employment-related claims.
Prior to joining MJW in January, 2016, Ms. Abraham practiced qui tam and labor and employment law at Sanford Heisler Kimpel, LLP in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Abraham is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Ms. Abraham volunteered for the Innocence Project and the Domestic Violence Pro Bono Clinic. She was an associate for The George Washington Journal of Energy and Environmental Law and a member of the Mock Trial Board and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
Ms. Abraham is licensed to practice in Hawaii, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
