Erin Y. Hisano
Erin Y. Hisano represents management in a wide variety of labor and employment matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. She also advises clients on preventive labor and employee relations practices, including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, employment contracts, leave laws, wage and hour compliance, and other employment-related matters.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Hisano externed for the Honorable J. Michael Seabright in United States District Court, District of Hawaii. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Michael W. Mosman in United States District Court, District of Oregon and clerked for the largest employee benefits specialty firm on the west coast. Ms. Hisano also won Best Brief and Best Oral Advocate during the First Year Moot Court Competition and served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
Ms. Hisano is a graduate of the University of Southern California and received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts in Hawaii.
